Increase in Business Credit Card Fraud

There has been a recent increase in fraudulent activity attempts affecting business and corporate credit cards.

We would like to remind you to remain vigilant and take these steps to protect your business:

Please regularly review your card transactions via HSBCnet and your paper card statements, to identify any suspicious activity or errors.

If you see unauthorized transactions, you should cancel any relevant active cards immediately, by contacting the Card Service Team on 441 299 5518 or the toll-free number on the back of the card

Cheque Book Order Fee Increase

Effective 1^st December 2025, Cheque Books will be available for order for our HSBC Bermuda customers, and there will be an increase to the Cheque Book Order fee. The new fee will be $55 per Cheque book ordered.

As a reminder, you can achieve savings on Cheque Book Fees, by utilizing Electronic Payment Solutions. For information on how to start using Electronic Payment Solutions, please contact your Client Service Representative on 441-299-6288 or your Sales Relationship Manager
