We’re continuing to offer more features in HSBCnet to make it easier for you to bank with us. With eSign on Net (EON) you can now complete servicing requests digitally through HSBCnet, reducing the need for email chains, paper forms, branch visits and signatures.
For your accounts in Bermuda, you can now authenticate the following requests by using eSign on Net
Add signatories
Change of address
Change of billing details
Update contact details
Close an account
Change of company name*
Bankers’ certificate or reference
Update mandate signatories**
Please note that all eligible HSBCnet System Administrators have automatically received the new ‘Authorisation via eSign on Net’. All other HSBCnet Users can request their System Administrators to add this permission to their individual HSBCnet profiles

*This request type will make changes to your banking records, however, will not make changes to the account name in HSBCnet, which may have been set up with a modified name for ease of reference by your system administrator.
** Requests to amend mandate signatories/rules will not add, remove or amend any HSBCnet user access or their permissions. Any changes to HSBCnet users and/or their permissions will need to be actioned separately by your System Administrators via the User Management service.
